What counts as a minute?
Connected call time, billed per minute. Your agent sitting idle waiting for calls costs nothing.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
Calls keep being answered, you're never cut off without warning. Overage is billed at your plan's per-minute rate on your next invoice, and the dashboard shows usage against your allowance in real time.
Can I change plan later?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply from your next billing period.
Is there a contract?
Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. Annual billing is available if you'd prefer to pay up front.
Do I pay extra for phone numbers?
Your plan's included numbers are covered. Additional numbers are charged at cost plus a small monthly fee, shown before you order them.
